PAIN in lower left abdomen
I am having pain in lower left abdomen above groin when i am running . The pain feels like needling.If a run today the pain will slowly slowly come and if i go for run again Tomorrow the pain will increase but if i dont run and take rest for 3-4 days the pain completely goes away , and if after rest for 3-4 days i start to run the pain slowly slowly comes back. This is happening from past 2 month. I have done ultrasound it is good no problem in that. There is no swelling as well.

Hello, Since you are young we can look at it as a muscular pain. As suggested you can get an opinion for ruling out hernia or else it could be a cramp and you will need to see a physiotherapist
