Bilateral inguinal hernia
I have been having pain in right side groin which radiates down to testicle and leg. This is there from few years. In a recent ultrasound scan it was reported that bilateral small inguinal hernia defect 13mm with omentocele only at valsalva. Does this need surgery? If yes can this wait? Does this cause burning sensation in lower abdomen from belly button? Please advise
