Stretch in  right testicle right abdomen
Feeling stretch in  right testicle and right abdomen and slightly upper part of groin area . There is no swelling in testicle but Feeling stretch in  right testicle Wall and feel stretch in spermatic cord and right abdomen upper part and back portion also of this part. right testicle goes slightly upper than normal position after this problem when scrotum in slightly tight and scrotum is loosen up testicle goes down . Feeling uncomfortable. Tell me what is the reason for this and medicine for this

You need to consult a surgeon and get clinical examination done.you require a  Doppler ultrasound scrotum and urine routine test for  establishing the  diagnosis

It may be due to many reason like hernia,varicocele,funiculitis or sometime it is normal also.

Hi ...for how many days u have this ....any bulging are u able to see in groin on straining ? hernia?? Of not ...no pain ...than try to bear tight underwear ... don't touch testis again and again .,. if discomfort increases or pain is there go for surgeon or urologist

Hi, I went through your problem.. you have urinary tract infection.. cause could be -- kidney-ureter stony concretion/urine infection due to low water Intake that attacked on testis and lead to testicular infection called epididymoorchitis,/or varicocoele.. you need to contact any surgeon nearby including me to proper diagnosis and treatment..

There are so many conditions will cause similar type of discomfort and pain in the inguino scrotal region, like  It could be a varicocele or epididymoorchitis or it could be a partial torsion,  or lower ureteric stone or hernia, you need to meet a surgeon immediately , need to be examine by the surgeon and require some investigations like ultrasound of inguino scrotal region, and complete urine examination, for temporary relief you can use pain medication like paracetamol for 1 day, avoid wearing tight under garments and avoid wearing jeans, but as early as possible meet near by surgeon if your symptoms getting worse or bothering your symptoms.

Pls undergo usg for scrotum and then accordingly treatment. Can be anything from varicocele/hernia/hydrocele/Infection.

Hi It would have been better if u had forwarded pic Clean with soap and water twice daily Apply miconazole cream locally twice If no improvement then visit dermatologist
