Lump in perineal region below testicle
Sir I have a lump present below testicle region in perineal part. It's not painful as such but it's like a pimple and when I hold it with my fingers I can feel liquid type lump below skin. I pressed it very hard today and had sticky fluid with little blood coming from anal .
I have no problem with stool passing or sitting or anything else. Just this very less painful lump is giving me problem.
Is this something serious issue? What problem can it be?
PS: my CBC lft lft is normal only uric acid is 7.6

Perianal abcesses sometimes rupture and can turn into a fistula .
Next Steps
Fasting bl gucose, PP bl glucose & HbA1c shd be done to exclude diabetes type2.
A fistulogram shd be done .
Health Tips
A warm betadine compress locally together with a stool softener ( laxit etc) at bedtime,if reqd , for constipation should help meanwhile.
