Swollen right pubic and testicle pain
I have swollen right upper side of penis near pubic bone and right testicle a bit different as shown in fig I get testicles nerve pain and groin pain too sometimes not regularly and if testicles goes inside body I get pain and discomfort in right testicle I can't feel lump but I feel little pain while touching and when i touch right pubic I can see some hard nerve ut pains I get pain from corner groin to right lower abdomen basically I get burning in urine and masturbation and I get tasticle nerve pain after ejaculation and I get neuropathy pain all over body from testicle to leg neuropathy happened post covid recovery is this anything serious? I can see some white veins in right testicle on top past history I masturbated alot from 2014 I feel weakness is this testicle cancer? I need help

It looks like you may have a retraction testis. Don’t worry it doesn’t looks related to masturbation or Covid. You should see a surgeon first for clinical examination and have an ultrasound scrotum and bilateral groin.
