Right testicle pain like pressing pain
My right testicle is getting pain of testicle Pressing pain and groin also when I forcefully try to push my abdomen my right groin and testicle pains I can see white mass on right testicle like filled with white liquid and one straight nerve is swollen on right testicle sometimes heaviness in two testicle when I press my lower right abdomen and groin my rigjt testicle also pains is it testicle cancer?? Age 22 No undescended

Doesn't sound like cancer.. the last thing u get in cancer is pain! So no worries about that ... But what u say is a bit difficult to understand.. are you getting a white swelling .... ? Can you consult online and share the images ? ...
