Scrotal pain but report normal
I recently am having mild scrotal pain and I showed to a surgeon. He told me to wear tight underwear and an ultrasound. The ultrasound is completely normal. But still I experience mild scrotal pain. Like when I wear a tight underwear, my left testicle sometimes pains and I have to adjust it. What can be the reason of this pain? NOTE : I am attaching my ultrasound report here.

He must have advised suspecting some inflammatory disorder of scrotum. As the ultrasound report is normal , I would suggest avoiding tight undergarments.  Plenty of fluids to be taken and mild analgesic for pain is all that is necessary.  Consult your local physician if pain persists or worsens.
