Scrotal Support Tight Underwear
I had some scrotal pain and showed to a surgeon. He told me to wear tight underwear as scrotal support and a USG. But whenever I wear tight underwear, I have a pain on my left testicle. My question is, is scrotal support necessary and why? NOTE: The scrotal USG is completely normal. I have attached it here.
