Discomfort in scrotum

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi I am 23 yrs old male and few months back I had small discomfort in my scrotum got scanned for the same to check for any lumps or torsion testis everything is fine but whenever the weather is cold and while wearing some tight clothing I feel some discomfort some dull pain in my scrotum and the reason is unknown please help me regarding the same thanks..
