Right testicle it happened from 2022
I have attached two pics of my right testicle, some swollen white liquid filled type Lump i can feel it is not hard but movable it is painless and feels discomfort like extra thickness it appears suddenly and when I urinate it some reduces and after masturbation it reduces the size my age is 23 I am worried of Cancer is it cancer?? I also have groin pain it looks like I have spermatocele? Pls anserr my question Is it variocele ? cancer or any other disease
