I feel like heaviness in left testicles. Sometimes dull pain. But no discomfort or any serious issue. It's like soft tube like structure under left testicle. From 1 month or more

First of all nothing to worry about it Most likely it is normal Try wearing proper fitting undergarments If you still worried you can do base line ultrasound of testis to rule out any problem
