Is it testicle cancer or cyst?
Frst pic attached and red marked is right testicle I always feel like heaviness and swollen nerve type also swollen I get right back pain lower right side abdomen pain and right above penis is swollen ( right side area beside penis and just above penis is swollen) there is white coloured tickness in right testicle and sometimes it pains and sometimes not if I sit long It get tingling and numbess legs nerve also pains I am worrying about testicle cancer previously it was nice after covid recovery it happend 2022 testicle nerves also pains my age is 22 I don't think my testicles were undescended I started masturbation from 14 age from 14-20 I masturbated alot 2-3 times a day does heavily masturbation Happens? And one day While masturbating I hold my sperm for force flow after that It pained above testicle is it cancer??
