Groin pain after masturbation and burng
I always get pain and discomfort only on right side of lower abdomen to groin after masturbation is it sign of any infection? Later it disappears and I get burning sensation after masturbation while urination and burning penile too is it epidymis ? And I have swollen in above Testicle like nerve in right testicle also when I press push my lower right side of abdomen I can feel discomfort in right testicle like swollen and sometimes I feel hard in lower right side of abdomen is it any serious?

Nothing serious . But as you suggest it can be mild urinary tract infection and or epididymoorchitis with mild varicoceles... Is it possible to get a USG scrotum and review with me? Also a urine routine would help to rule out urinary infection ...
