1. Get a MAGSULF (MgSO4) dressing done.
2. Limb Elevation
3. Check your BSL (F, PP)
4. Start with:
Tb. Augmentin 625mg BD
Tb. Clindamycin 300mg BD
Tb. Happi D 1 BD
Tb. Serradic AP 1 TDS
Tb. Enzotech forte 1 TDS
All meds for 7 days.
And revert back.
