What's the best treatment for piles external hemorrhoids stage 4 without any side effects and no recurrence

I had fistula surgery 3 month ago..the wound is completely healed but since last 3 days I feel pain on the scar..is this normal?

I had deep cut on eyebrow due to small accident around 7 weeks ago. Wound seems to heel well with no pain, but there is swelling next to cut since injury. When does swelling go away ? I have facing some problems 1. Neck and shoulder pain. 2. Dizziness, pain below the collar bone 3. Difficulty in walking( balance problem couldn't walk properly) For neck pain I have done cervical spine x-ray. It shows I have bilateral cervical rib. I have facing this symptoms from past 2 months. I took vertin 16 for one month but no  improvement is seen . Are those symptoms  seen for cervical rib?

What's the step to treat gluteal pain and fever and how much time it take if initial stage ? Is surgery is the only option?

Please find the enclosed report of USG for back of neck . A small swelling is persisting from November-19 which is painless , mostly soft . I have taken antibiotics with antiinflamatory Chymoral forte. Now it is not increased and controlled. By visual it can't be seen but if touching feel a small mass is there. I don't have any other problems like fever , significant weight loss etc , No other swelling in the bodies. 1.) My doctor suggested to do FANAC. But due to the prolonged lockdown & staying at containment I am unable to go futher diagnosis. Is it really delaying? If anything suspected life threatening  . What could be the probable result please advise . 2.) I have again done usg on last February then it was a chronic inflamatory lession with out any abnormal vascularity. I have attached current  picture of affected area.
