Hi doctors I am suffering from piles. Actually it started in march after cesarean delivery. That time i took medicine it recovered. But again for last three days it hurt me a lot there is one big lump outside which hurts a lot and today blood came out while passing stools. Can you suggest medicines to cure permanently. I feel sensation type pain in whole body and body becomes warm not feverish. I did blood tests all of them are normal

I got a painful lump after injection which dr drained.but later it again reoccurred.Consulted dr with telemedicine due to covid he suggested SUMAG dressing with AUGMENTIN 1g 1 bd and CHYMORAL forte 1 td for 8 days. Now it ruptured and some pus came out. There is pain in it and I am still taking chymoral forte 1 bd .I want to know. If there is possibility for it to recover without surgery.? If proper dressing is necessary or covering it with cotton with tape is sufficient? Can it be fatal if left untreated? Kindly suggest as due to covid proper treatment is not available here in my area. TLC AND hb report is normal and she is not diabetic.

Enclosed please find the attached usg report of back of neck . This swelling is persist from November-19 which is mostly soft & rubbery,  no apparent weight loss & no fever . What is this swelling lymph node can be lipoma ? . As per usg what suspects  any bad news & share the opinion as per the attached current affected area.  I am scared about this .

I got abscess due to injection which was painful.so dr drained it but again it reoccurred.For which I have taken augmentin 1g and chymoral forte 1 td. Dr also suggested sumag dressing due to which it opened and pus is coming. Area is still large pain is there and there is some hardness. I want to know 1. Can it be cured without operation? 2.If it is fatal to leave it untreated for some time due to covid? Please suggest.what should I do..My mother is scared about this surgery.
