Fissure in ano
My wife is on lactation and also have fissure in ano.Already taken cremaffin syrup and lectifiber but still the motion is hard and dry.Please suggest some remedy.

She needs to take plenty of fluids to overcome this And diet changes like low red meat consumption and more of fruits and vegetables. Along with other fissure in ano therapy like sitz bath and topical applications

Lots of water At least 5 lit If possible keep the diet very normal I mean khichdi will be fine Warm sitz bath That mean sit in warm water For at least 20 min three times a day Rest continue the same

Can take syrup movicol 25 ml in 100 ML of water at bed time...
