Hello sir/mam , last month i got a usg done and found a gall bladder polyp and you please help me know is a gall bladder polyp size 3.8x2.8 mm more than 1 cm ?

Sir gallstones is .40CM . And pancreas is fatty . Symptoms are oily stool abdominal pain and weight loss. Should stone removal relief my problem? Kindly advise Report attached

My right hand little finger is swelled since 5-6 years and the swelling has grown gradually. I can feel the nerves beating similar to heartbeat while touching the finger. There is no pain and I can bend the finger easily. Please advice.
