I had fistula. I got a fistuletomy surgery done 7 days back. I have an open wound with no pain, but have discharge from the wound. Why do i have this discahrge and How many days after surgery will this discharge stop?

I got a skin fungal infection after consulting doc. From 10 days my cervical lymph node is swollen (lump is there) and i am having 5 mouth ulcer and ons on lip, my lips are chapped. I've consulted general physician, he prescribed me augmentin 375 , after taking it for week I didn't notice any difference. What should i do? Is this something to worry? Why is this happening?
