General Surgery

Hi! I'm a 28 year old woman, recently married and no children. Not hoping to have children for another 2-3 years. I have PCOD at the moment and currently weigh at 105kg with a bmi of 40. I'm considering bariatric vertical sleeve. Just want to know the major long term side effects and if it's even suggestible considering I want to have children in about 2-3 years.

I had fistuletomy surgery about 25 days back. In the first 10 days, i used to get water like clear discharge. For the last 15 days, the clear discharge has reduced, but i noticed this thick discharge. I showed it to my surgeon, and he said the wound is clean and this type of discharge is normal. I am scared. Could you please advise if this type of discharge is normal? I have very mild pain, no fever, no inflammation, no bad odor,  or redness in the wound.

Respected doctors can sidmoscopy detect colon cancer as I have heard of colonscopy also so if sidmoscopy report r normal what to do

FNAC test reports matter or tc 99 mm scan, because fnac test reports benign follicular lesion bethesda category 2,and tc 99 mm scan reports large cold nodule in left lobe of thyroid

I'm just worried, my Dr decided to do surgery, total thyroidectomy will go away the cold nodule ànd malignancy

Needle of sewing machine inserted deep in my small finger. I visited BAMS doctor in my local area. Doctor injected tetanus injection and put dressing on finger. Is there more treatment require ? Please advice. Thanks
