Heterogeneous lesion in left lobe and cervical lymph nodes are non specific, my thyroid scan reports are like that. What does it mean, it might be cancer

Sir there is swelling in my uncle scrotum from last 5 years or so from 2019 there is swelling present in his scortum i have not taken it seriously but today I studied about swelling reasons it written that it may be anything from hydrocele to testicular cancer please tell what should we do now is it hydrocele or can it be a cancer it is present for last 5 years

Hello doctors when ever I sleep I get pain from two sides of buttocks to legs and numbness and burning while sleeping I always wakeup in middle of night due to pain and when I wake up I feel burning sensation above two sides of Buttocks and two toes sometimes Tingling and numbess at both side of buttocks is it anything serious? I have pain of neuropathy also pls help me to diagnose when I touched two side of buttocks below pelvic bone I feel some pain and swollen is it anything serious like cancer?

Sir recently I had done sonography and noticed 15mm embelical hernia which is not noticed or no any symptoms and no pain now...is it required to operate??

From last 3 weeks i am having lump very hard in back of neck , now it's causing pain in neck, shoulder and whole spine. I consulted general physician , he prescribed Augmentin 375 then another Dr prescribed Ornof for five days. No improvement is seen. What can be the cause? Should I worry? I have recently been diagnosed with a thyroid nodule in left lobe of thyroid. Findings are as below. Ultrasound: Hyperchoic mostly solid ovoid shaped nodule of 3cmX4cm on the left lobe. Tirads 3 category. US guided FNAC: Benign follicular nodule with cyst degeneration. Bethesda 2 category. TSH is 5.0 but t3,t4 are normal. Please suggest what to do.

In karate classes the master had kick his straight hand from his fingers tip into my abdomen near navel so next day abdomen started paining then I went for USG it is showing as Swollen lymphnodes near aortic and paraaortic areas and nerve compressed and swollen is it any serious problems? Do I need surgery ? Will Lymphnodes swells after injury hitting into stomach?

I recently completed my 5 course rabies vaccination(arv) on 24th Nov 2023 (including day 0 3 7 14 28)but recently on 30th Nov 2023 while I was riding my bike at night something collided with my hand and I think it was a bat and I think it bit me?so do I need booster dose or is the previous dose enough(I was once vaccinated in 2014 for a dog bite too) To be honest I don't know if it's a bite or not Please help !!!
