I've fibroadenoma. I detect this in April 2022 .. now it's increased nd in March detect 2 more small lumps in ultrasound.. how to treat this ? Is surgery important or not? Recommend  medication

I got hernioplasty mesh for inguinal hernia in june 2022.. now after one incident of minor bag lifts .. I can observer that with streching my stiches lower abdomen they pain a little.. it looks like feeling of pinch .. is it dangerous...pl help..
