Hi, Suddenly I started feeling pain at the top of butt after a long time of sitting. Somehow managed to take a picture and can see a small sore in the crack. Attached the picture here. Is there any home remedy ?  Should I consult a doctor in person for this problem? Kindly help me.

My mom has gone through gall bladder removal surgery through laparoscopy and after surgery got a drain bag which is usual...The doctor has recommended to remove it after almost 44 hours as her fluid quantity was less like first day she has no fluid inside the bag but the fluid can be seen in the pipe but the next day it was collected in the bag ..So is removing that too early normal or there is a chance of fluid buildup?
