1)Do u have any vomitings or fever...
2)Do u find ur testicle in normal size or do u found any abnormal mass in scrotum?
If d answer for above questions is no...then no need to worry...
If u still feel some doubt go for ct abdomen and pelvis with iv contrast study

1)Tab. Taxim -o 200mg twice daily for 5days
2)Tab.Pantop 40mg once daily for 5days(in the morning)
3) Tab.Ultracet 1tab twice daily for 5days
4)Adequate hydration
