USG is the investigation of choice for detection of pregnancy after 6-8weeks of last menstruation date. If you had missed menstruation after February and still USG is showing empty uterine cavity, then either the reporting is incorrect or there's some other pathology for missed menstruation. To detect early, you have to undergo Transvaginal ultrasonography and Urine pregnancy test (Pregnancy detection kit).
