Based on the report u posted if u have breast pain and skin over the pain site is reddish and warm to touch it may indicate u have abscess in breast. It should be drained immediately so that it won't spread to surrounding tissue.
Next Steps
consult a surgeon for opinion.
Health Tips
do not massage or apply local pain relieving ointments over the site.

When was the last child birth? Need more details and a clinical examination to comment further. And you may require antibiotics also.
