I have got gall stone in my
Gallbladder i have done 2 ultrasounds in which early morning empty stomach i have got that report multiple stone and after a week i had gone to some other ultrasounds center in 6 hr gap of food and he is saying nothing is clear

The second ultrasonologist could not have seen it properly due to bowel gas. This is not very uncommon.
Next Steps
If you have any symptoms like excessive gas formation, pain, belching, early fullness of stomach while eating etc., u might be having Gall stone/stones.
Get a proper Consultation with a General Surgeon.

There is no need of getting ultrasound done repeatedly. What symptoms do u have?

What symptoms u hav ?
So gall stones won’t disappear in a week.
Second usg if bowel has gas it makes usg to pick anything.
Multiple gall stones is indication for surgery especially if ur diabetic
