I have a 5 internal hemorrhoids been past 5 months...I met a doctor he gave some antibiotics and oxerute cream also ...but nw I have a severe unbearable itchy around my anus ..wts the reason ...HW to get overcome this problem...pls help...I can't control it...pls suggest...WT s the permanent solution

Internal Hemorrhoids are usually painless unless complicated. Kindly visit a general surgeon to get yourself examined. It could be an anal fissure which is causing itching and pain.

The itching and other symptoms are all because of hemorrhoids.
Medical management gives temporary relief till you are fit for operation.
It will be better to show to a surgeon immediately.
