Nissen fundoplication

If the Nissen fundoplication fail multiple time and Further Nissen fundoplication can not be done due to scar tissue. Then what is the next surgical treatment for severe acid reflux. Will the surgical treatment really cure acid reflux

This is a very tricky situation. We need to see why Nissan’s fundoplication failed multiple times. I need more information about how many previous surgeries and what were the outcomes. Next step is not straight forward. Need imaging and proper history. To decide the next plan of treatment.
