Heyy after being operated for external haemorrhoids alongwith the senitel tags with the procedure of LIS , it's been 6 months now..I'm developing tags again and I also got this thing which I'm not sure what it is. Can u please tell me is it Fistula??

I have 9.5 g hemoglobin, and have been hypotensive recently due to the same. Since 3 days i am experiencing lingering headache that keeps moving as i change positions. Sometimes when I wake up from sleep it is pulsating near medulla oblongata. Mostly does not pulsate. Now my BP is ok 110/70. Pain appears to Get better with sleep and passing of gas. Again comes back and starts moving in head. Pls suggest what is going on ?

My niece has a swelling on her neck which has grown visibly larger. She has had this swelling for one month and a half. An FNAC test was done in a clinic, and no malignant cells were detected. Does this rule out cancer?

Detected with grade 1 intersphinteric fistula 10 days back doctor suggested surgery. Can i wait for 15 -20 days for surgery. Or can i do tommorow or today. How much urgent is this surgery. Very confused . Pls reply to this message
