Pressure sore
My father ( age 83) suffering from little pressure sore just below hip joint. Giving megaheal gel after giving saline water . Any antibiotic or other medicine required? Please suggest best treatment . Father is a Parkinson's patient also.

It will be better to see a pic of the pressure sore to know the exact condition at present.still you can use mepilex dressing over the wound after cleaning with normal saline,2 hourly position change,Air bed use.antibiotics can be advised after assessing the condition of the wound.
