Bed sore on hip joint area
My father (aged 82) suffering from Parkinson's disease. Recently a bed sore appeared on hip joint area( photo attached). Giving megaheal gel. Moxikind cv 625 twice for 5 days  and dressing  with saline water.Any other medicine is required? Kindly suggest. Black spot around bed sore is worrisome?

Antibiotics and megaheal gel is okay.. do change position at least 2 hrs once and use a water mattress that will avoid pressure in one area which is the main culprit of bedsores

The wound as of now seems healthy.... Kindly change position every 2 hrs... Continue other medications. Use betadine also for dressing.

Hi practo user , Keep the area dry , Change position every 2 hours , Use water / Air Mattress Use Neosporin powder twice a day Rest continue as you have been using Hope this helps
