Bed sore pain
My father ( age 83) is a Parkinson's patient. He is suffering from bed sores on hip joint bone. Doctor given antibiotic linox 600 twice for 5 days. What medicine can I give for bed sore pain? Dressing with saline water and then applying megaheal gel treatment going on.

Change his postures routienly .use air mattress . Do a consultation  of plastic surgeon there .He will access locally n will see the grade of bed sores .the plan will be made accordingly

By avoiding pressure on the bedsore site the pain will reduce . Turning in bed 2 hourly can help in healing the bedsore which will reduce the pain as the healing progresses . The medicine doctor can review for the necessary medications required in combination with the ones already being given for pain relief .

Need to see the photo of the bedsore as the pain might be because of secondary infection If it has slough then he will need debridement. Only antibiotics won't help
