My father's age is 82. He is suffering from bed sores. Giving megaheal gel after dressing by saline water. Is any antibiotic necessary? If yes please suggest name of antibiotic. Can I give lizolid 600?

Depends how the bed sore is. Antibiotics is not the solution for everything. Need to look at the wound. Kindly consult over a call to knw more abt management.
