My grandfather operated 2 months ago... Since they on bed rest..they develop bed sores... Due to lockdown we cant go to hospital...kindly suggest management for bed sores???

If affordable use air or water bed
Keep the area dry
it’s not just buttock , but back of head , elbow , shoulder and heel are the areas more prone so take care keep looking

Turn him towards one side and the other every 1hour or so.keep the area dry and Apply sterile pads available in any pharmacy as dressing to provide cushion .replace his bed with an air bed if possible available in any surgical store.

Main cause of fever is pus formation inside the crust of back.. have to remove it..
1)if any blackening, need of small surgery for back sore abscess
2) get water/air bed (bed sore bed) for patient
3) frequent position change hourly
4) apply oint debridase/autolyse at black part..
5) apply oint T-bact or Fusidin oint. At red ulcer part
6) massage with home telcom powder over normal area surrounding ulcer
