Seen tiny blood spot in the stool
I have notice tiny blood spot  in the stool particularly when I pass hard  motion , i took colonoscopy 5 months back, report came back as rectal hemorrhoids rest of the colon is normal ,please advice me what shall I do  .

If this is first time & 2 degree haemorrhoids than conservative treatment , like high fibre diet . Increase fluid intake is sufficient . However on times haemorrhoids creat further problems , cryo or laser surgery can be performed . Injection sclerotherapy also works if appropriately done ,

If associated with pain then fissure needs to ruled out.P/R examination and proctoscopy is needed for the definitive diagnosis.Hemoglobin needs to be done if bleeding is chronic . For symptomatic relief- Syrup Looz 30ml at bed time 2% lox jelly local application 15 min before defeacation Sits bath twice daily Soframycin ointment local app twice daily

Its hemorrhoids or fissure For hemorrhoid to confirm you have already done colonoscopy. Sit in warm water Syp cremaffin 3tsp HS at bed time
