Blood clots in stool
Hello doc .Currently having fissure and under treatment  dilitiazem and oxyrute tablet,still I pass blood during and after stools with small one or two clots . What might be the cause ?

Better u do a proctoscopic examination done and if required a colonoscopy after suggestion by surgeon or gastroenterologist...Just a fissure doesnt cause much bleeding as u say...u could also have internal haemorrhoids also...
