Last month & in last week blood was passed before stool & also with stool. Stool movement was hard. Also with blood some white fase also gone. For that I have consultant with surgeon, doctor told no sign of piles. But again blood was gone. I already undergone piles surgery in 2020.
Kindly guide.

It might be due to fissure in ano
Try to avoid straining during passage of stools
Life style modificatns like high fibre diet,pelnty of oral liquids,avoid spicy n oily foods
Taking sitz bath 4 times a day
Using stool softners may be useful
If there is painless bleeding with stool or just before the stool passing then there maybe internal hemorrhoids, per rectal examination and proctoscopy is advised to visualize the cause of the bleeding it is helpful to the 10 cm from the anal verge, if there is no lesion then colonoscopy is advised.
If there is painful bleeding then per rectal examination and proctoscopy is contraindicated.
Treatment of fissure is with medications,if not relieved then surgery is advised.
Treatment of internal hemorrhoids is surgery.
