My CT report abdomen contrast says intestinal tuberculosis but blood test says negative so what should be done next. Is there again any more tests to be done or how .

Hi, i had normal liver values before booz. After 200 ml of whiskey next day i got small pain and got checked and my SGOT  went higher than SGPT. After two days the values became normal again. Is it normal for SGOT to rise after drinking .

My first colonoscopy was unsuccessful as there was toomuch of pain after traverse column (splenic fixure) was too much spasmic.if I have to go for recolonoscopy is it anything to be worried about.how should bear the pain while passing scope near splenic fixure.how will the colonoscopy be done if I have a problem of splenic fixure syndrome.

I have attached the images of CT scan is it normal or how as the report says cecum,ascending colon and terminal ileum narrowing due to circumferential wall thickening so what does this mean .

Intermittent pain in the upper right side abdomen  and middle of the chest since long time with no any other symptoms what is the reason behind it please tell . (Non alcoholic , non diabetic )

Last month I had constipation, so I took health mix few days and constipation went away. After taking health mix I started getting bloating, abdominal pain, Nausea. One doctor prescribed me Nexpro fast 40mg and Gaviscon peppermint for 7 days. Now I feel much better. But still I feel bloated and Nausea. Sometimes I get stomach churning also. My motion is normal. Kindly advise please.

What are the treatments available for liver cyst ? My brother is non alcoholic 80 kg weight looks healthy but feels pain in the upper right abdomen and pelvis (no other serious symptoms)

Sir I was a regular drinker since long time few years back I left drinking I was come up with an issue that when ever I drink my eyes face get hot and red I feel difficult breathing and heart beat also increases This issue come only when I drink Now I am not drinking but want to know the reason why it was happening and remedy

I had taken a colonoscopy around 15 days back and it was done only till splenic fixure as it was spasmic and I had severe pain so is there any colonoscopist who can do it fully in Bangalore with giving full sedatives and without any pain as it's very horrible pain  for a colonoscopy to be done and is there any alternative method to find the intestinal issue as my CT abdomen suggests intestinal Tubercolosis .

Dear doctors, I have a gallbladder polyp of size 4*5 mm USG attached. Does this require surgery? Also I am suffering from loss of appetite. Are these two correlated?
