Flu

78-year-old male, post hip fracture surgery 6 days ago. Since surgery, he is not sleeping properly at all—only 1–2 hours total in last 6 days. And in last 48 hours he didnt sleep even for a minute. He is confused, having hallucinations, talking irrelevantly, and very restless, especially at night. He keeps calling people constantly and is not settling. He has history of Stroke and is on Levera. He used to take 2*Avil25 tablets daily before surgery to get sleep. But we stopped after surgery as orthopedic dr said it can make his hallucinations worse and instructed us to contact a general physician. Current medicines include painkillers, calcium, antibiotic, and acidity medicine. We need safe medication to help him sleep and reduce agitation/hallucinations.

Have cough more than three weeks. Not subsiding even after taking tablets. Any suggestion for cure?

I am currently going through a very tough period i am unable to sleep on time i dont want to sleep till 4 am then sometimes i got wakeup at 8 am then the rest of the day is very low for me and i am suffering religious ocd at a next level right now i am on medication nexito 15 but i am going through very tough period mentally so my questions is pls suggest me some good medicine or technique to sleep on time and can i take these strips for good sleep i am attaching the pics Pls help me out Thanks

Recently took a master checkup and found HBA1C to be 6.4 and Grade 2 fatty liver. BP is 125/88. Triglycerides 102, HDL 52 and LDL 137. Doctor advised to take Bylipsa tablet. Should i take tablet or do lifestyle change for 3 months and repeat the test to see? Other liver enzymes are within the range. Fasting sugar is 113 and PPBS is 160

I had high fever 25 days back, my TLC count was 18000, i was on oral antibiotics for 25 days, my TLC count is still 11,500 When will it return back to nornal

I want to do rabies titre test, and I've called National institute of virology,pune. They said we want refferal from a doctor to do the test and also serum sample in a cold chain, i live in pune. Please tell me how to do the test and where can I get my serum sample cause I've asked one or two pathology labs,they said we don't just draw the sample and seperate the serum for outside testing .I'm helpless please tell me what to do

Hello doc iam Prajwal from Himachal Pradesh 8 months ago I got hit by a rusty nail in my right foot and somehow I missed my tetanus vaccination at that time , I was vaccinated 6 years ago with tetanus injection. And now I am feeling a pain in my injured area of foot ,and my lymph nodes are all big with a uneasiness in my jaw , I don't know this is because of my stress , overthinking or it is the tetanus showing up now , please tell me what should I do next .

I have been ppi for 7 years. 4 months ago my haemoglobin was 14.8 but yesterday it was found that haemoglobin is now 12.8. I am having shortness of breadth due to gas or anything else I don't know. Also I am getting tired after some work. Is it normal for haemoglobin to drop by 4 in 4 months ?

It's a very painful, grape sized lump, got it four days ago and pain has increased since yesterday and I'm unable to walk. Kindly help me with some medicine.
