Is Naproxen 375mg safe for high blood pressure patients? I have to take this medicine for my shoulder bursitis problem.

I've developed a cough, mostly at night time with a little bit of a wheezing sound when I breath, I'm not having any breathing issues, just this cough which comes and goes. I was on a course of clindamycin and then had to take a second course of it. I'm having a lot of throat clearing too.
