Constant Shoulder Blade Pain
I injured my shoulder blade in the summer of 2016. A few weeks after the initial injury I took medication for the pain, but the pain was only reduced not eliminated.I started chiropractic exercises for the injury in September of 2017 and have been doing them ever since.
