They want to live in constant fear and acceptance of dengue and malaria as common occurrence. Please tell me what is the prevention of dengue and malaria?

My 11yr old nephew had some stomach pain... bloating cramps etc. His mother told me his scans indicated ulcers. His doctor then gave him a colonoscopy and an EGD. After which, his mother told me he is totally lactose intolerant. I don't understand how a scope could diagnose that. I guess his scope tests could have been inconclusive so they tested for it.... I just want to know what's up with him. I raised him until a year and a half ago and he never had an issue with it.

I just got blood results back that I’m low in iorn and vitamin d, my doctor gave me iorn supplements and vitamin d supplements. I’ve been taking it for the past three days and my stool went to green then now to a dark green early black is this normal ? My eyes were also getting puffy and my stomach was bloating.

My skin hurts to touch from time to time. its mostly on my lower arms but lately I have had it on my thigh, stomach, and sides. I do tend to get it when I am sick aswell but these cases have happend when I was healthy. it hurts when for example fabric touches the skin, as well as if something touches the skin and moves across it. It shows up for a day in one spot and then dissapears again and then in a few weeks the same thing happens in a different spot. I've had it sporadically for a long time

Before 2 weeks ago i got dengue... And always feel like vomit but whenever i feel like vomit i forcefully trying to vomit... But vomit comes little bit than after 1week i am normal but  Before 2 days ago i felt like breathing problem in my throat i feel like something is there ! So i go to the doctor doctor gave medicine after 2 days now there is little bit breathing problem and sometimes continuously burping so where i go continue general doctor or ent or chest physician ? it's serious problem ?

A few hours ago my uncle complained of numbness in his left arm along with a slight pain in the chest. Later on he started acting confused about the most things and then went off to sleep because of a severe headache.
