Vitamin deficiency
I was diagnosed with vitamin b12 deficiency it is 65pg/ml
and Vitamin d- 13.99 pg/ml
so dr has prescribed me Shelcal-500
and Cobadex z everyday after food.
But after one week taking these medicines, I am feeling alot or indigestion, frequent motions and vomits.
Can you please advise on this.

Outer ear pain?
Ear pain, 1 mo, L side. Feels like cartilage but not sore to touch. Put alcohol in last PM & it brought me to my knees with pain. No fever. I feel like my skin is hot, but temp is 97.1 (WNL for me). No drainage, redness or swelling. Only thing that alleviates the pain is if I pull on it a bit. Anti-inflammatory doesn't help.
