I have been experiencing pain in my right arm pit while pressing it and some pain in my right hand also. Why is it so? I am little worried about this. Please suggest.

I have two red itchy bumps on my right wrist and left thigh not sure when and how long they have been there but at night they itch really bad and so does the rest of my body.
