I've having piles problem.sometimes swellings blood&a lump hanging down outside of the anus, which may need to be pushed back in after passing a stool

I am having a severe pain in my abdomen and the pain is not constant in a particular place but moves from place to place . I am not sure what is wrong

I sneezed last night and it felt like and explosion in my back. It was hard to stand up and this morning I have severe pain in my back and some pain in my stomach. Could not sleep on my left side as there seemed to be a heavy weight pushing down from my right side

I feel tired all the time and my breasts hurt constantly. I am 23. I have a stable, stress free job and a relationship that is going well. I do 50 squats 4 times a week and I try to have some dance practice at home on Sundays for probably an hour or two. The problems shouldn't be my diet because I eat 3 times a day and never skip breakfast. I can't figure out why I feel low on energy all the time and it's frustrating to the point where I cry. It causes me to put minimal effort into everything.

When ever he is coughing he is having pain in the area below his chest. Pain is also while moving like sitting and lying.

Man 32, weakness, shortnes of breath, Hemoglobin 63 had two units of blood, after thag Hemoglobin 80, d dimmer 0.456 problems with hemorroids, bradicardia 35, tachicardia 180, heart ultrasound shows enlaged r.heart. Abdominal ultrasound with no findings.
