Flu

Running high fever since 2 days...102-103. Has taken Meftal Forte and Dolo 650 at 6 hr intervals but coming down. Has headache is Bodyache and feels cold as the fever picks up. Is it regular viral or should we consult a doctor. Also considering it's Sunday today shud we continue with the paracetamols and show it to doctor tomm or take to emergency

Well I recently got the hepatitis B shot and the flu shot together yesterday around mid day. Acouple hours later I started to get super nauseous and it’s been over 24 hours and it’s still continued. I went to sleep with it and woke up with it and have been in bed since. Could it be because of the shots ? Will it go away ? Soon? I have work Tuesday and I need to be there not feeling like this.

Is a cd4 of 560 normal? I have had chronic issuesbforbmore that 10 years. My doctor tested my cd4 due to chronic infections. The number was 560. I have an appointment,t in 2 weeks, yet I'm a bit scared of that number as the lab reference was 460 to 1800. That seems very close to low. I've been tested for HIV 3 times, all negative.
