Hi! I sprained my ankle two weeks ago, and now that school has started I have to walk about 1.5 miles to and from campus (no car, no bus). Am I delaying healing? Risking permanent damage?

I have weird infections that have a white liquid it all started as a mosquito bit me an then this happend and every other wound becomes the same

Firstly I don't drink enough water. How can I learn how to take enough water because I realised I poo maybe twice a week, could this be the reason? Fever after thypoid is 98-99.8,during the thypoid max temp 100,taken antiboitics for 15days in April then from April onwards daily low fever 98-99.8,during wakeup it's normal 97.6-98.2,after that it fluctuate if went out then 98.8-99 afternoon sometimes 99.4-99.6,night  after 8pm rest 98.6 if any exertion it is 99 ,chest x-ray clear,us abd normal,blood culture in June normal,vit d,vit b12 normal,mantou negative,will it is the or anything else which tests are useful now ,till now it is 5mnths till now ,20days back widal negative,esr 25,wbc 10600,rbc 5million, platelet 2.2lks,no weight loss, appetite is normal

Hi! So I’m 22 female . I qualify and am looking into the gastric sleeve surgery. My question is though I’ve had ETS surgery done in the past for my hyperhydrosis . They deflate a lung in the process and I ended up getting pnemothorax when waking up from my surgery, extremely painful! My fear is I would get that again after the gastric sleeeve surgery. Was it mainly caused because the ETS surgery involved my lungs ? Or is this common with post surgery?

Since yesterday morning I was sitting for washing cloths after I got up having pain in lower back specifically on right side. Pain is on movements or when I m sitting. Today morning again I am feeling same. But feel it's little on front side also. Pain is in one line. Actually yesterday soldering being also was totally different than what we regularly use.
