Man 32, weakness, shortnes of breath, Hemoglobin 63 had two units of blood, after thag Hemoglobin 80, d dimmer 0.456 problems with hemorroids, bradicardia 35, tachicardia 180, heart ultrasound shows enlaged r.heart. Abdominal ultrasound with no findings.

I am 15 years old and I am in yr11 everybody in my class look like they are 15 yet I look like I am 11. I am under 5 foot and I really need a solution to fix my height. Because I am short I get mocked by friends classmates and sometimes even my cousins. This really lowers my self confidence and self-esteem. I don’t put my hand up in school whenever I need help because of this problem and my anxiety. Please could you help find a solution to this problem

Dear doctor, I have done abdomen ultrasound for kidney stones, every thing went normal but found grade-I fatty liver(125mm liver size) surprisingly, I'm non alcoholic and eats non veg twice month, wt-76 kgs & ht- 5.8 in and bmi 24.3. I'll not eat out side foods and takes only home food, I will not eat bakery items and trans fats etc & still I was found to be grade-I which was worried a lot to me. I have attached my usg report for this query. I will strictly follow the diet but still the issue was found surprisingly. I'll eat rice and vegetable curry in afternoon and chapati for dinner before 8: 30 and non Oil food like idly, oats, wheat upma, and dosa for breakfast. Although I was.on normal diet but found this, Please help me whether it was an serious issue. With my issue thanks in advance.

I have severe twisting pain in my lower left abdomen (right below the waist band and just to the right of my left pelvic bone). I had this pain two nights ago and it went away but now its back again in the same spot. I’ve been able to make bowel movements and haven’t changed my diet recently. Should I just try to wait for it to pass or is it something potentially more serious? I also have mid back pain on the left side but I think it may be unrelated

My 14 year old son comes out of the shower with red spots covering his chest and back. They were not there before. He has a lukewarm shower and uses my dermatology shower gel. They range from 2-3mm to 3-4cm diameter. Should we be worried? He is not on any medication and isn’t very active.
