Sharp pain in backside of head

Since yesterday I am having sharp pain in the back side of my head, this lasts aprox 5-10 seconds. The pain is so severe that when it starts my head literally shakes for a couple of seconds like i have been electrocuted. Please advise if this is normal and what is the remedy
