Sometimes, it doesn’t matter what I’m doing, I feel a little short of breath so I have to take a deep breath to make it go away, but sometimes it feels like the air only goes to the base of my throat so I have to continue trying to take deep breaths until I get a satisfactory breath that feels like it goes further down into my chest.
