Cough and chest pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Since past 2 Days im having cough, yesterday while coughing it hard i felt some sound below mu cest, right hand side and above the stomach area, neardiaphram. Ever since then im having regular pain in the area when im moving. Its in the right side, just below the chest area and above stomach, any help
